They Matter™
The core of our comprehensive mentorship program is designed to provide support and guidance to youth through mentorship, education programs, college and job readiness, community and civic engagement. The key objectives of They Matter™ is to build confidence and self worth in children who are in foster care, at risk of child abuse and neglect and those experiencing poverty.

In addition to education, They Matter™ recognizes the significance of gainful employment in individuals' lives. The program offers mentorship and guidance in finding suitable job opportunities, creating effective resumes, preparing for interviews, and developing essential workplace skills. By connecting participants with mentors who have relevant industry experience, the program helps foster professional growth and facilitates the transition into the workforce.

A fundamental aspect of They Matter™ is the mentorship component. Participants are paired with mentors who provide personalized guidance, support, and advice throughout their journey. Mentors serve as role models and provide valuable insights based on their own experiences, helping participants navigate obstacles, make informed decisions, and pursue their aspirations.
