About AH4U
A minority-founded nonprofit organization established to replace the devastation currently caused by simply reacting to child abuse and neglect in the absence of effective, intentionally designed systemic intervention and prevention services.
Following years of first-hand social work experience with families with child welfare involvement, the fragmentation of care and services for children and families at risk for child abuse and neglect among local, state, and federal programs became clearly evident. With a strong desire to establish proactive rather than reactive service provision, A Home 4 Us has created programs specifically designed to take a multidisciplinary wraparound service approach to prevent further trauma to children and families who are at risk of child abuse and neglect.
